Are you into the Mason Jar craze? Do you love brownies and ice cream? Then this dessert is for you. With minimal effort and box brownie mix, you can create this impressive bit of towering brownie bliss.
The key to making the towering brownie is the Mason Jar. Use box brownie mixes mixed with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and fill a buttered 1/2 pint Mason Jar a little less than half way. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes on a baking sheet for 40 minutes at 350°. Let cool completely and add a toasted marshmallow, scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream and fresh raspberries. Sprinkled with shaved salted Carmel chocolate or dark chocolate. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and indulge in a bit of heaven.
The thing that makes this so awesome is you more than likely already have these ingredients in your kitchen. I had the brownie mix and ice cream and then I went crazy. You can add nuts to your brownie mix or use strawberries instead of raspberries. Just use your imagination. #beinspired and enjoy!
I keep my creations simple with basic ingredients; all of us are not gourmet chefs, but we do have an imagination. Inspiration with a little bit of imagination is what it’s all about.
