Healthy Smoothie to Start the Day begins with Spinach and Avocado
Healthy greens with a hint of sweetness make this the perfect way to get your daily veggies.
- 1 cup Sweetend Vanilla Almond Milk add first to blender
- 1 Peeled and Sliced Banana
- 1 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 Avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Add ingredients to blender in order as above
One or two can share this depending on how much you would like, smoothie makes approximately 16 to 18 ounces
