Sheet Pan Potatoes
Effortless and flavorfull, sheet pan potatoes are a perfect side to any beef, chicken, pork or fish dish.
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 1 bag Petite Potatoes
- 2 tsp Thyme (dried)
- 2 tsp Sage (dried)
- 4 – 5 Sprigs Rosemary (whole)
Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss potatoes in a bowl with olive oil so they are well coated. Spinkle on herbs and toss. Place in an even layer on baking sheet. Randomly place rosemary springs on pan. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes
Instead of using the thyme and sage, just use thanksgiving or turkey herbs.
Salt to taste. Fresh rosemary makes for a beautiful presentation.
