- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup wing sauce or dry rub
- 10 chicken wings
Preheat oven to 250 F. Mix baking powder and salt in a shallow dish. Cover all sides on wing with mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping over after 10 minutes. Set oven to 425 F. Brush on wing sauce. Place wings on baking sheet and bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
