Its National ice-cream Month and we are gearing up this week to make Strawberry Ice-cream  BOSCH ® . Delicous and creamy, this recipe is a must for hot summer days.

Strawberry Ice-Cream


  • 3 c. sliced straberries
  • 3 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. whole milk
  • 2 3/4c. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract


Combine strawberries, lemon juice and 1/2 c. sugar; stir well and set chill for one hour. Strain berries; saving the juices. Mash or puree half of strawberry mixture. Use the bamix hand mixer on low to combine the milk and remaining sugar until dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and reserved strawberry juice and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the machine and let mix for approximately 20 minutes. At the 15 minute mark add in reserved sliced strawberries and continue mixing in the machine. If you desire a thicker ice cream, place into an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours.  Shop BOSCH NOW!
